What was your project?
My project is called "Yao Care", it's an app that enable communications between doctors, pharmacists, caregivers, and patients.
It has 3 major features:
- Drug reminder without patient key-in any medical information. Doctors and families can now share medication status.
- Appointment to receive medicine from pharmacy
- Measurement records from inspection entity and patient records himself (that's where I use Image-Charts)
Why did you need to display charts?
In Taiwan, the elderly may have multiple doctors. Doctors need to know the patient’s physical condition quickly. Our app needed charts so doctors could quickly grasp and understand what was going on.
This is also why we received the gold medal award of clinical pharmaceutical care competition held by Taiwan society of health-system pharmacists in Oct., 2020.
Why did you choose it?
What were your first impressions using Image-Charts API?
Was there any issues?
Nope. It works amazingly well.
How was the documentation and support?
You know English is not my mother tongue. However documentation was very easy to read and to execute on the chart editor. Support was awesome. They used easy words to let me know how things worked and were very pleasant to talk to.
How the project went? How long did it take to implement Image-Charts?
Project went fine, Image-Charts implementation took between 2 and 3 hours. It's too short to let me count!
First thing first I want to say thank you for Image-Charts! It was the missing piece for my "Yao Care" solution. Charts take an important place in my application. I will definitely share this service with my fellow programmers!
